1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Physical Books: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including the packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    • Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
    • Customized items or special orders may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions:
    After we review your return request, we will provide you with instructions and, if necessary, a return shipping label.

    Once you receive the return instructions, please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your returned item. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.


6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the item is dispatched, you will need to initiate a return.
